Returns & Refunds Policy
We have a simple 90 days return policy with 100% refund (you do NOT pay for return shipping) on all USA based customers.

If you need to return an item please email us at support@sorelleinspired.com and include your name and order number.

USA FREE RETURNS
We will send you a pre-printed, pre-paid shipping label regardless of the reason you are returning.

None USA Returns
If you are returning because the item was damaged or incorrect, we will send you a RMA number and a pre-printed, pre-paid shipping label.

If you are returning for any other reason, we will send you a RMA number and a pre-printed shipping label. You must pay for the return shipping.

The Refund
Once we receive the item back, we will refund your purchase within 24 hours or replace if that is what you requested.
