I have loved this facial cleanser since I first tried it several years ago. I regret, however, that the company changed the bottle to a tube. I find it difficult to open and close without wasting the product. The first container had a pump that administered just the correct amount.

This product is, in my opinion, an improvement on the original. I had seen other reviews that discount the packaging since the original pump was easier to use, however, this was only true until the product started to run out and the pump stopped working (with plenty of product left in the bottle). This packaging is much better and the cleanser is light on the skin and has a pleasant smell.

I would have given this 5 stars because I like the product, but the new packaging is HORRIBLE. It is impossible to close the tube without getting the cleanser all over the tube and it wastes a lot. The old packaging was great and I have no idea why they changed it. The new packaging is so bad that I probably won't buy this anymore and I have been using it for years.

Love these products! I have been using them for two years faithfully and see a huge improvement in my skin. So does the woman that does my facials. Highly recommend RE9 to anyone over 40!
