This is a fabulous cleanse. It works very well. All natural and free of animal products.
You are not exactly chained to the toilet, but you will spend a bit more time there.
I felt so clean and energized after using for seven days.
I do not recommend drinking the cleanse in water, however. I had trouble with the after taste. I added it to my organice apple juice and couldn't taste it. Worked much better for me.

I didn't love doing the cleanse the first time, I spent a lot of time in the bathroom, but after 7 days I felt great, and my skin glowed. I have done it several times, and it is much easier now, it doesn't make me tired during and much less time in the bathroom.

I'm lucky enough to be a stay at home mom, so being chained to the toilet was no big deal. Although I had other things to do, I kind of expected this. What I didn't expect was the HORRIBLE way my entire body felt. I was drained, had no energy and couldn't work out at all. Heck I couldn't be more than 100 feet from the toilet! I've been eating clean for about 2 months (before that, my diet wasn't all that bad) but thought I could use a cleanse as I've heard so much about them. 2 days was all I could take and then the balance of this product went into the trash. Took my body another 2 days to return to normal.
There's other ways to cleanse your body; Google is free; use it instead of wasting your money on this.
